Rolling Stone Attacks Palin "without shame and utterly full of shit"

Rolling Stone Cover Attacks Sarah PalinAfter severely damaging US Weekly by posting a blatantly biased cover attacking Gov. Sarah Palin that has already cost the magazine thousands and thousands of subscribers, not to mention the fallout with advertisers who choose to advertise in that disgusting publication, Jann Wenner is now using her his *other* magazine to continue his attacks on Sarah Palin.

"The Lies of Sarah Palin"

To make matters worse, Jann has decided to clog American mailboxes by mailing his propaganda to many American households...for free.

Need I remind you of a quote attributed to Milton Friedman: "There is no such thing as a free lunch." More so, you get what you pay for, so check your mailboxes for this worthless piece of biased political trash.

Here's just a sample of the "shit" (Matt Taibbi's words, not ours) you'll find inside:

Palin is a symbol of everything that is wrong with the modern United States. As a representative of our political system, she’s a new low in reptilian villainy, the ultimate cynical masterwork of puppeteers like Karl Rove. But more than that, she is a horrifying symbol of how little we ask for in return for the total surrender of our political power. Not only is Sarah Palin a fraud, she’s the tawdriest, most half-assed fraud imaginable, 20 floors below the lowest common denominator, a character too dumb even for daytime TV — and this country is going to eat her up, cheering her every step of the way. All because most Americans no longer have the base energy to do anything but lie back and allow ourselves to be jacked off by the calculating thieves who run this grasping consumer paradise we call a nation…

…She appeared to be completely without shame and utterly full of shit, awing a room full of hardened reporters with her sickly-sweet line about the high-school-flame-turned-hubby who “five children later,” is “still my guy.” It was like watching Gidget address the Reichstag.

We are adding Jann's other publication - Rolling Stone - to our watchlist; we'll be publishing a list of their major advertisers in the not-too-distant future and call on all Americans who thing magazines like Rolling Stone and US Weekly should stick to music and entertainment and not use their pages for partisan political attacks. Sure, they have a right to print whatever they choose and we respect that right; we also have a right to stop reading their "shit."

America deserves better.

Jann Wa

Before dropping out of Berkeley in 1966, Wenner was active in the Free Speech Movement. Now we know why.

Rag of a Mag
written by GoDaddy, October 05, 2008
I refuse to read this rag of a mag again. I am not interested in magazines and media that throw their hats in the political arena.

For those with subscriptions who want to cancel like we did, I received this link by email after I called to complain:

https://w1.buysub.com/pubs/WM/RGS/login.jsp?cds_page_id=28656&cds_mag_code=RGS&id=1223227001032&lsid=82791216410053189&vid=1

No more US Magazine for the wife, no more Rolling Stone for me, no more Opra, no more MSNBC; who's next?

godaddy you crack me up! You are gonna have a LONG list of magazines and publications that you'll never read again. Someone says something you don't like and you get all riled up. I suppose you'll pay extra to read something you agree with, right? You gotta be a Republican for sure.

Kool-Aid Alert
written by GoDaddy, October 15, 2008
Albie, put the kool-aid done, please. Perhaps you don't get the point.

If I wanted to read about golf, I would subscribe to Golf Magazine (I do); if I wanted to read about boating, I would subscribe to Boating World (which I do, also); if I wanted to read about how evil Sarah Palin is, I would subscribe to the NY Times or some other political medium (New Republic, Huffington Post, et al).

Simply put, I don't need some ass-hat at Rolling Stone telling me how to think; just review some music and attend some concerts and tell me what's going on in the world of music...not for whom to vote. It's no longer a music magazine (like MTV no longer shows music), it's a politcally-biased liberal rag that is telling the kiddies how to think.

But thanks for calling me a Republican. Truth be told, I am not voting for either clown, as both are big spending Liberals. You, my dear friend, are clearly a kool-aid drinking Democrat who truly believes that some clown who is barely qualified to be a district manager for Wal-Mart is somehow going to, as the Obama Youth in California sang, "save the word."

You and Obama must be token from the same crack pipe.

f**k that stupid b***h!

I think it hillarious that when I looked up "palin is full of shit" this is what I got. Because even the commie f**king pricks of this country have nothing better to talk about than all the "P" bashing the Librals are doing. you would think that you might show her in a more majestic light but you let the world read words of "unspeakable" truth in a effort to silence the "mockery of it all". meanwhile i come across it look for a fabulous display of hate on palin perfection and I end up reading part of what I'm sure is the best f**king article ever to hit americans mailboxes The Gent that wrote this should be given a f**king nobel peace prize, but it will probably go to Palin for her stellar performance with Curic. I mean I couldn't do a better job of talking around a subject without actually answering a damn question than she could. She does have me there!

Liberals and the Nobel Peace Prize
written by GoDaddy, October 26, 2008
"The Gent that wrote this should be given a f**king nobel peace prize..."

I agree; liberals like giving the meaningless prize away to terrorists like Yassir Arafat and Jimmy Cater, so this clown would fit right in.

Since when did muscians become aplolitical?
written by Dan, July 26, 2009
Don't go carrying pictures of Chairman Mao?

Stop what's that sound?

Keep on rocking in the free world?

On and on.

Any idiot who only listens to bubble gum music wont give a shit about a rock and roll machine. Even playboy has some political articles but it's obvious you only look at the pictures. I for one have and will continue to read a mag as long as they have integrity. Mrs Palin has no integrity when was the last time an elected politician quit in the middle of her mandate?

When your a politician you make a commitment to your electorate not just to your immediate family. She is full of it to say that she has another agenda.

I used to be a conservative member but they all have become a rather unethical bunch ironically worrying about the birth place of the president what religion he belongs to what's with his name. How about making fun of volunteerism.

Nonetheless I find it shocking that people buy magazines strictly for their photos and I find it even more alarming their idiots who think music isn't about politics.

I'm glad to be independent in my thoughts not a puppet of the right.
