McCain Can't Read Obama's Text Message
Obama Attacks McCain on Email Issue Back in August, Barack Obama announced Joe Biden as his running mate via. a text message sent to his supporters around the world.

Is the notion of announcing his veep via text message just a political gimmick? Sure it is, but a damn good gimmick, as it gives the Obama campaign machine yet another database of potential contributors and people to call to 'get out the vote.'

Team Obama is clearly winning the media game with a tech-savy team. Below is the text of that message:

I have some important news that I want to make official.

I've chosen Joe Biden to be my running mate.

Joe and I will appear for the first time as running mates this afternoon in Springfield, Illinois -- the same place this campaign began more than 19 months ago.

I'm excited about hitting the campaign trail with Joe, but the two of us can't do this alone. We need your help to keep building this movement for change.

Please let Joe know that you're glad he's part of our team. Share your personal welcome note and we'll make sure he gets it:

Thanks for your support,

Barack

Chances are that someone from the McCain campaign signed up to receive the much anticipated text message announcing Barack's choice of running mate; however, judging from a recent political ad released by Barack Obama, chances are that that person was not 'old man' McCain.

1982. John McCain goes to Washington. Things have changed in the last 26 years, but McCain hasn't. He admits he still doesn't know how to use a computer, can't send an e-mail, still doesn't understand the economy, and favors $200 billion in new tax cuts for corporations, but almost nothing for the middle class. After one president who's out of the touch, we just can't afford more of the same."

Have a look for yourself....

We can't help but wonder whether or not Barack Obama can decipher Morse Code being communicated through blinks, coughs, sneezes, and taps on the wall.

Then again, we're not quite sure that either is requisite to hold the highest office in the land.
