Gallup Daily: McCain Moves Ahead, 48% to 45%
John McCain Moves Ahead of Obama in Gallup PollPRINCETON, NJ -- The latest Gallup Poll Daily tracking update shows John McCain moving ahead of Barack Obama, 48% to 45%, when registered voters are asked for whom they would vote if the presidential election were held today.

But as we all know, the presidential elections were not held today, so this poll means nothing; or does it?

Perhaps the biased media attacks on Governor Sarah Palin are starting to resonate with the American people; perhaps the Greek columns didn't have their intended impact on the American citizenry, despite their impact on MSNBC commentators. Perhaps the political tides are changing.

Only time will tell.

What we suspect, however, is that the MSM will now try harder than ever to inject their biased opinions into the nightly news.  The results of this Gallup poll says one thing to the American media - Bring it on!

If the gap between John McCain and Barack Obama widens in favor of John McCain/Sarah Palin, and if the nightly cable news shows are even more laden with biased reporting, negative attacks, and the usual tomfoolery, well, we'll know...
